Robert L. Miller launched Miller Lumber Products in 2014 after working in his family’s hardwood distribution businesses, Miller Lumber and R. A. Miller Hardwood, Inc. Over 40 years, Rob has gained extensive experience in both domestic and international purchasing and sales, while cultivating a broad network of resources from reputable suppliers. This enables him to make timely deliveries of the finest hardwoods in a cost-effective manner to meet customers’ increasing demands.
Courtesy, integrity and commitment guide his interactions with both supplier and customer alike. Robert is a certified NHLA lumber inspector and a graduate of Georgetown University.
A Family Legacy
For over 100 years, the Miller Family has earned a reputation as industry leaders in the domestic and international hardwood community. Robert’s father Robert A. Miller is pictured with his father Oscar L. Miller at Miller Lumber Company on Eagle Street in Buffalo, New York in 1929. Anthony Miller originally established the company on Emslie Street in Buffalo in 1889.
